Phase 1: Consultation (Week 1–2)

Everything begins with a free consultation. We discuss your vision, lifestyle needs, budget, and timeline. We’ll also assess your land and local building requirements. This phase is about listening and understanding your dream.

Phase 2: Design (Weeks 3–8)

Our architects create a custom design tailored to your needs. You’ll receive detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and material specifications. We iterate until the design is exactly right. This is also when we finalize the fixed-price quote — no surprises later.

Phase 3: Permitting (Weeks 8–12)

We handle all necessary permits and approvals. Our experience with local building codes and regulations means this process is as fast and smooth as possible.

Phase 4: Prefabrication (Weeks 10–16)

While permits are being processed, your home’s timber frame is being precision-manufactured in our factory. Every beam, joint, and panel is cut with millimeter accuracy using CNC technology.

Phase 5: On-Site Construction (Weeks 16–26)

The timber frame is erected on site in just days. Then our team completes the insulation, roofing, plumbing, electrical, and interior finishes. Regular updates and site visits keep you informed throughout.

Phase 6: Turnkey Delivery

Your home is thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and handed over to you complete with all warranties. Move in and start living in your dream timber frame home.
